Salary according to Performance Incentive System

We are taking a Performance Incentive System. There is no pay increase automatically according to the number of consecutive years of service, work experience or academic background. We are managing an annual salary system to make a level of pay and benefit according to personal work value, capability and performance outcome exhaustively.

Salary according to Performance Incentive System
  • PI(Productive Incentive)
    PI is a separated incentive system which pays the surplus value resulted from an efficient operation of the corporate management, HR, facility and technology in reward for employee’s increased work efficiency. PI is a floating incentive system which is paid in once a half-year.
  • PS(Profit Sharing)
    When the management performance by division is good, the part of excessive profits is distributed to executives and employees. The part of employee’s reward is determined based on a collective performance. When the management performance of the company and the division exceeds the goal, the certain part of management performance is distributed to executives and employees. PS is a floating incentive system which is paid in once a year.
